"Just thought I'd drop you a note to tell you that your conversion kit was all it was advertised to be.. The installation was relatively easy and straightforward, with no surprises... I opened the boxes and found everything in order with the exception of the remote switch faceplate had cracked in half from apparent rough handling.. Not a big deal though, as I glued it and mounted it to a backing that resides in the former sewer hose compartment on my Lance 8'6 light.. Why they made a compartment that only fit a 10' hose is beyond me. The mechanical installation was finished within 2 hours, though the wiring took me longer as I'd decided to hide it all within the coachwork. With the hookup of the last wire, I pushed the remote, and voila!! I'm impressed with the quality of your workmanship and the speedy service I'd received. Thanks."

I must say the Rieco jacks sounded good, not clacking & grinding like I had with the Happijacs. The camper is nice & stable off them off truck. I noticed the remote appears weatherproof. Nice touch. Especially after a friend of mine left his Happijac controller on the bumper in the rain once when his wife distracted him. He came back to one side of his camper considerably higher & about to tip over."

I put your electric 4 corner jacks on my 4000# okanagan truck camper as a replacement for the ones it came with, WOW am I glad, from the snapping, popping, cracking. I now have a smooth even lift and lowering,from a feeling of standing on toothpicks,I now am rock steady and the conversion was rather easy. Thanks for a great product. I can't believe the difference."

Bob, you went out of your way to help me get my camper back on the truck during the time your company was closed between Christmas and new Years. Thanks a bunch. I didn't know I could move a jack motor from jack to jack in an emergency. I mailed the faulty motor to Reico-Titan so that it would arrive at customer service when you opened again the 1st week of Jan. John immediately called me as the box with the motor arrived at your company. He put it on a test stand and found there was a short in the motor and offered to UPS us a replacement. We paid the extra to have it shipped 2nd day air and received it 3 days later in the Florida keys at Marathon. We are sure glad we bought your jacks; your customer service is excellent!"

Hi I want to thank you and your staff for your help in trouble shooting my problem with my electric jacks. It turned out to be the right front motor. I replaced it with no problems. Wow I love how theses jacks work! It's so easy to walk around the camper while loading and make adjustments. You have an excellent product. Like any product when it fails it's the service that makes or brakes it. It was a pleasure to work with everyone there. So thanks again for help.

Doug, Thank you for your assistance in providing Mary and I with your quality product and the necessary adapters to install them on our Alaskan Camper. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. It is a breath of fresh air.

While every company may wish for the perfect product it's really the customer service that counts the most. No matter how well a product may be there will be a percentage of defects or other things that contribute to premature product failures. It's possibly unavoidable but when it does occur it's the customer support you receive that will make the lasting impression and encourage others to consider going with a particular manufactures product. The folks at Rico-Titian are top notch. Their customer service is second to none. They provide a great product selection and stand behind their products. Thank you for continuing to provide excellent product support when so many other companies want little to nothing to do with you after the initial purchase. Your customer support team could have easily pushed the issue back to the the primary company who installed your product to sell theirs but you didn't and that's what's really counts when it comes to the end user. Thank you so much!
